In January 2024, Brilliant Labs made waves with the introduction of its first major product, Frame. Designed to resemble the iconic eyewear of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, Frame distinguishes itself by blending advanced technology seamlessly with conventional aesthetics. These glasses, which are compatible with prescription lenses, feature a sophisticated audio system, a voice assistant named Noa, and an AI-driven search engine known as Perplexity.  Brilliant Labs launch of Frame came at a time of increased competition in the smart eyewear market, with notable entries such as Humane's AI Pin, Rabbit's R1, and Apple's Vision Pro. This followed previous attempts by other tech giants, including Google Glass and Microsoft's HoloLens, which had not achieved widespread adoption.

Before Frame, Brilliant Labshad introduced the Monocle, an augmented reality (AR) lens that attached to traditional eyewear and utilized the company's open source software. The Monocle represented an initial step in blending augmented reality with everyday vision, paving the way for the more advanced capabilities embodied in Frame.
